How do I Pick-Up my Order?

Once order is made you will receive an order confirmation that is sent to you on the e-mail provided. The email contains the link to book your pick-up time.

Feel free to email sincitysweetsandtreats@gmail.com prior to purchasing to ensure availability.

Please try to book your time ASAP to ensure you can receive your items on your desired date. All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Feel free to email sincitysweetsandtreats@gmail.com with any questions

Please bring a photo ID to pick-up your items.

How Long Is The Pick-Up Window?

Your pick-up time includes your 15 minute grace period.

Please note that YOUR PICK-UP TIME IS YOUR PICK UP TIME. We try to ensure the BEST experience for all of our customers & to do so we have to stick to our daily schedule. The grace period is 15 minutes after your designated time. If for some reason you can not make the date you selected you MUST give 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR BERRIES and 72 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS VIA EMAIL to Sincitysweetsandtreats@gmail.com.

In the event that you miss your pick-up time your order will be stored for only 24 hours and Sin City Sweets & Treats will contact you for re-scheduling based upon our availability. In the event that the customer is unresponsive for more than 24 hours after a missed pick-up time the order will be forfeited.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Sin City Sweets and Treats does not accept returns.

There are no returns or exchanges.

If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 24 HOURS of when the package was receive and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Sin City Sweets and Treats experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 24 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may not be cancelled once purchase is made, only re-scheduling the date is available.

Single items in orders may not be cancelled.

For order re-scheduling or modification requests, please email sincitysweetsandtreats@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs as soon as possible, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.

What are your COVID-19 Policies?

For the safety of our employees and customers, we ask all customers to wear your mask at the pick-up location due to the rise in COVID19 cases. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available in the greater Las Vegas Area. Please use link sent with your order confirmation to book your delivery time. Don’t forget to include apartment number!
